SB 690 - This act authorizes the Department of Agriculture
to provide technical assistance to agricultural producers
regarding waste management and water quality enhancement. The
Department of Natural Resources shall assist the Department of
Agriculture so as to ensure that recipients of the advice may
obtain the necessary permits or license.
