HCS/SB 715 - This act modifies the Mississippi River Parkway
Commission found in Section 226.445, RSMo. The Commission shall
consist of two senators, two representatives, and five citizens.
The Chief Engineer, the Director of Tourism, the Director of
Conservation, The Director of State Parks, The Director of
Agriculture, and the Director of Economic Development shall be ex
officio members. All members must be residents of Missouri, and
their terms of office are staggered.
