SB 731 - For the purpose of the submission of a Timeliness
of Payment Report required to be submitted by workers'
compensation insurers and self-insurers, a payment will be deemed
timely if the payment is made on or before the 14th day after the
insurer or self-insurer receives knowledge of the injury. This
act is identical to SB 810 (1994).
