SB 779 - This act modifies Section 333.041, RSMo, by adding
academic standards that must be satisfied before an applicant is
granted a license to practice embalming. These new academic
standards apply to applicants who are registered with the State
Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors as a student after
January 1, 1997.
