SB 820 - Property in any platted subdivision located in an
unincorporated area of a second class county may be declared a
nuisance if the property adversely affects the property values of
the neighborhood. Property owners within a reasonable distance
may bring a nuisance action in small claims court for the amount
of damage to the petitioner's property value.
