SB 859 - This act mandates that real estate inspections for
evidence of wood destroying insects (termites, etc.) must be
performed by a certified commercial applicator or by a person
working under the direct supervision of a certified commercial
applicator. Certified commercial applicators are licensed
pursuant to Chapter 281, RSMo.
