SB 868 - This act allows the testimony of a treating
physician to be admitted without other foundational evidence in
workers' compensation claims made against the Second Injury Fund.
A claimant taking advantage of this provision must meet certain
notice requirements to allow for interrogatories and deposition
of such claimant's physician. This provision currently applies
to all workers' compensation claims except those made against the
Second Injury Fund.
