HCS/SB 870 - The Department of Highways and Transportation is authorized to convey about forty acres of land in Shannon county. The conveyance shall be based upon the appraisal price.
The Department of Natural Resources shall convey a permanent easement to a consolidated water supply district in Jefferson County. The easement is for a water line through part of Mastodon State Park. The land disturbed shall be repaired and reseeded by the water supply district.
This act has an Emergency Clause for the conveyance in
Jefferson County.
