SB 907 - This act establishes the crime "misuse of emergency telephone service", a Class B misdemeanor.
An individual commits the crime of misusing the emergency
telephone service when they repeatedly (more than 3 times in one
month) call "911" for nonemergency situations or when they
purposely report false emergency situations.
