SB 911 - This act removes the provision in current law which prohibits the student representatives to the governing boards of the University of Missouri, Lincoln University and each state college from attending meetings or votes of the respective board which are closed under the provisions of the Open Meetings Law (Chapter 610, RSMo.)
This act is similar to SB 218 (1995) and SB 774 (1994).
