SB 926 - Current law requires a school district to be
audited at least every two years, to publish the audit summary by
October 31 following the close of the school year and to publish
annually a statement of all receipts and expenditures for the
preceding school year, by September 1. The act requires a
financial statement of receipts and expenditures to be published
by September 1, but only during a year in which the district is
not being audited under section 165.121, RSMo.
