SB 928 - This act allows the city of Springfield to enter
into a contract with Greene County for the distribution of tax
revenues before conducting a vote authorizing the collection of
such tax. Such an agreement shall control the distribution of
the tax revenues until the tax expires or until the parties
modify the agreement.
