SB 944 - If a peace officer has reasonable grounds to
believe that the driver of a vehicle involved in an accident from
which personal injury or death has resulted, and the driver has
consumed alcohol or used drugs prior to the accident, and the
driver refuses to submit to a blood alcohol test, such driver's
license shall be revoked for a period of three years.
