HCS/SB 947 - This act will permits the sale or permanent easement of three tracts of land located in Buchanan County. The first transaction allows for the sale of certain excess state land adjacent to the Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center in Farmington to American Legion Post #416.
Consideration for this conveyance shall be determined by the Commissioner of Administration and the instrument of the conveyance shall be approved by the Attorney General. Proceeds of the sale shall be deposited to the credit of the Mental Health Housing Trust Fund.
The second transaction grants the sale of certain land owned by the State and located in Buchanan County to the United Cerebral Palsy of Buchanan County.
Consideration for this conveyance shall be agreed upon by the parties and the instrument of conveyance shall be approved by the Attorney General.
The third transaction allows the permanent easement of two tracts of state property to the City of St. Joseph for the purpose of widening a street.
The instrument of conveyance shall be approved by the
Attorney General.
