SJR 41 - This resolution amends Article I, Section 22(a) of the Missouri Constitution to allow for juries of less than twelve members and deletes language in Article I, Section 22(b) of the Missouri Constitution which currently requires the court to excuse any woman who requests an exemption from jury service.

addressed in statute by SB 975.
