To amend chapter 167, RSMo, by adding one new section relating to health programs for school age children.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI,

AS FOLLOWS:

Section A. Chapter 167, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section to be known as section 167.625, to read as follows:

167.625. The provisions of section 191.211, RSMo, to the contrary notwithstanding, gifts, bequests, donations and general revenue may be appropriated for the purposes of section 167.603, RSMo, through June 30, 1999.
