To amend chapter 64, RSMo, by adding one new section relating to nuisances.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI,

AS FOLLOWS:

Section A. Chapter 64, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 64.595, to read as follows:

64.595. In any platted subdivision located in an unincorporated area of a second class county, a parcel of property is a nuisance, if such property meets the criteria set forth in section 82.1025, RSMo. Any property owner, who owns property within a reasonable distance of a parcel of property which is alleged to be a nuisance pursuant to this section may bring a nuisance action as provided for in section 82.1025, RSMo.
