ASSUMPTION
Officials of the Department of Health, the Department of Mental Health, the
Department of Economic Development - Division of Professional Registration,
the Department of Public Safety - Missouri State Highway Patrol, the
Department of Social Services, and Capital Region Medical Center assume this
proposal would not fiscally impact their agencies.

DESCRIPTION
This proposal would require a spontaneous fetal death report to be
incorporated into the permanent official records of the system of vital
statistics.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
