Officials of the Department of Health, the Department of Revenue, the
Department of Economic Development - Division of Professional Registration,

DESCRIPTION
This proposal would allow the director of the Department of Health to
authorize investigations of other states criminal and driving records of
Missouri ambulance operators.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
