DESCRIPTION
The proposed legislation would prevent statewide elected officials
(including members of the General Assembly) from serving as lobbyists for two
years after leaving office. It would also prohibit lobbyists from providing
in-kind contributions or gifts to a member of the General Assembly.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
