DESCRIPTION
The proposal would require the fiscal note of a constitutional amendment or
bill to be referred to a vote of the people to indicate the full cost of bond
indebtedness, including retirement costs.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
