DESCRIPTION
This proposal would allow city, county and hospital districts to operate
hospitals and health care facilities outside of their political boundaries
except in counties of third or fourth classification where there already
exists a hospital.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
