DESCRIPTION
This proposal would allow that if an excursion gambling boat is docked in an
unincorporated area of a county and a city incorporates around the boat, the
city and county shall receive equal portions of the home dock share.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
