DESCRIPTION
At the present time Section 58.095, RSMo, provides that a county coroner is
entitled to $500 of the salary set out in the section only if the coroner has
completed twenty hours of classroom instruction each year.
This act increases the amount of compensation tied to attendance at the
training session to $1,000.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
