passage of more than one similar proposal could require the INS to request
increased appropriations to cover cumulative administrative cost.
Officials from the Department of Highway and Transportation (DHT), Department
of Conservation (MDC), Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DOL),
and the Office of Administration (OA) stated that passage of this legislation
would have no fiscal impact on their agencies.
Officials from the and the Department of Corrections (DOC) did not respond to
our fiscal impact request.
Oversight assumes that this proposal would have no fiscal impact on the DOC.

For the purpose of the submission of a Timeliness of Payment Report required
to be submitted by workers' compensation insurers and self-insurers, a
payment will be deemed timely if the payment is made on or before the 14th
