DESCRIPTION

The proposed legislation would modify Section 536.024.5, RSMo, and authorize
the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules to suspend an order of
rulemaking, or portion thereof, if the rule does not substantially comply
with estimates of costs in the fiscal note requirements of this chapter which
were submitted with the proposed rule.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
