DESCRIPTION

This act mandates that real estate inspections for evidence of wood
destroying insects (termites, etc.) must be performed by a certified
commercial applicator or by a person working under the direct supervision of
a certified commercial applicator. Certified commercial applicators are
licensed pursuant to Chapter 281, RSMo.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
