DESCRIPTION
This proposal would declare a case of liquor or wine to be a container,
containing a certain number of packages per case, for the purposes of the
wholesale merchandising practices of those alcoholic beverages.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
