DESCRIPTION
This act establishes a residency requirement for the members of the Missouri
Tourism Commission. If members move from Missouri, their seats on the
Commission are deemed vacated.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
