DESCRIPTION
This legislation would require the state highways and transportation
commission to erect within highway rights-of-way signs for certain historical
museums located within ten miles of a state or federal highway. It would
also establish certain services to be displayed in the commission's logo
signing program, including local attractions.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
