SCS/HB 1304 - This act establishes the crime of "misuse of emergency telephone service" as a Class B misdemeanor.

An individual commits the crime of misusing the emergency telephone service when he repeatedly (more than 3 times in one month) calls "911" for nonemergency situations or when he purposely reports false emergency situations. This act only applies to Greene County. The term "emergency" is defined for the purposes of this act.

This act is similar to SB 907.
