SCS/HB 1533 - This act modifies Section 43.543, RSMo, and
states that any state agency listed in Section 621.045, RSMo,
may, and any state agency which provides programs, care or
treatment for or which exercises supervision over minors must,
check the criminal history of any person seeking employment or
the issuance or renewal of a license, permit or certificate of
registration.
