     Further amend said bill, page 5, section 304.010, line 87, by inserting after the word "violating" the following: "subsection 2, 3 or 4 of".

     Senator Caskey moved that the above amendment be adopted.

     Senator Rohrbach offered SSA 1 for SA 1:
