The Senate met pursuant to adjournment.
President Wilson in the Chair.
The Chaplain offered the following prayer:
Our Father in Heaven, we pray for our friends in the House that You be with them. We are thankful for our state and nation in which differences are settled by conferences and not commandos. We pray that You will use each one of us to insure confidence in our way of life and make the good life available to all. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited.

A quorum being established, the Senate proceeded with its business.
