To amend chapter 252, RSMo, relating to the department of conservation by adding thereto one new section relating to fish and game licenses.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

     Section A. Chapter 252, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 252.055, to read as follows:

     252.055. The commission shall provide hunting and fishing licenses to out-of-state residents at the same fee as in-state residents if such out-of- state resident owns property consisting of one hundred or more acres of land or real property with a value of at least ten thousand dollars within the state of Missouri.
