Relating to the licensing of brewers.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

     Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of chapter 311, RSMo, or chapter 312, RSMo, to the contrary, a brewer may apply for, and the supervisor of liquor control may issue, a license to sell intoxicating liquor by the drink at retail for consumption on the brewery premises and in the original package for off-premises consumption.
