416
     Relating to the conveyance of certain real property of the Missouri department of corrections located in St. Louis County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
     Section 1. 1. The governor of the state of Missouri is hereby authorized to remise, release and forever quitclaim certain real property owned by the department of corrections and located in St. Louis County to the Eureka fire protection district.
     2. The real property to be conveyed is more particularly described as follows:
     Beginning at a concrete monument marking the intersection of the Northwestern line of U.S. Highway 66 with the Northeastern line of "Allenton Acres", a Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 46 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the said Northeastern line, North 43 -11'-40" West a distance of 605.33 feet to the Northeastern corner of Lot 17 of aforesaid Allenton Acres; thence leaving said Northeastern line, North 38 -27'-00" East a distance of 398.63 feet; thence South 33 -53'-14" East a distance of 86.14 feet; thence South 38 -27'-08" West a distance of 93.53 feet; thence South 51 -32'-52" East a distance of 80.00 feet; thence North 38 -27'-08" East a distance of 20.19 feet to a point of tangency of a curve; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 35.00 feet, an arc length of 65.77 feet, and a long chord of 56.51 feet on a bearing of South 87 -43'-03" East; thence South 33 -53'-14" East a distance of 159.98 feet; thence South 51 -32'-52" East a distance of 288.77 feet to a point on the Northwesterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 66; thence along the said right-of-way of U.S. Highway 66 the following courses and distances: South 38 -27'-08" West a distance of 31.60 feet to a concrete monument; thence North 51 -33'-00" West a distance of 50.00 feet to a concrete monument; thence South 38 -27'-00" West a distance of 340.31 feet to the Point of Beginning, and containing 4.8587 Acres, more or less, and subject to the easements and restrictions of record.
     3. The consideration for the conveyance shall be negotiated by the parties.
     4. The attorney general shall approve as to form the instrument of conveyance.
