Relating to the conveyance of certain real property by the Department of Natural Resources located in McDonald County.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
     Section 1. 1. The director of the department of natural resources is hereby authorized and empowered to grant and convey by quit claim deed, the state of Missouri's interest, if any, in certain lands in McDonald County, constituting one-quarter of an acre, more or less, and which comprise a portion of Big Sugar Creek State Park, to D. E. Miller, Shirley Brendel, and Gale A. Graham and Mildred E. Graham for valuable consideration as agreed to by the parties. The lands are more particularly described as follows:
STATE OF MISSOURI TO D. E. MILLER
A part of the NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 14, Township 22 North, Range 31 West, McDonald County, Missouri, described as commencing at the Northeast corner of said NW1/4SW1/4, thence N89ø17'15"W, along the North line of said NW1/4SW1/4, 34.15 feet to a point on the common boundary line between D. E. Miller and Shirley Brendel as described in Deed Book 190 at page 105, the point of beginning; thence N89ø17'15"W 76.28 feet to the center of the main channel of Big Sugar Creek; thence along Big Sugar Creek, S26ø20'20"E 73.38 feet; thence leaving Big Sugar Creek, along the boundary line between D. E. Miller and Shirley Brendel extended, N33ø59'57"E (Record N30ø41'50"E) 78.18 feet to the point of beginning; containing 0.05 acres more or less. Bearings based upon G.P.S. observations taken by Department of Natural Resources personnel during 1994 and contained in Station Reports MC-01 to MC-05.
STATE OF MISSOURI TO SHIRLEY BRENDEL
A part of the NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 14, Township 22 North, Range 31 West, McDonald County, Missouri, described as beginning at the Northeast corner of said NW1/4SW1/4, thence N89ø17'15"W, along the North line thereof, 34.15 feet to a point on the boundary line between D. E. Miller and Shirley Brendel as described in Deed Book 190 at page 105; thence S33ø59'57"W (Record S30ø41'50"W) along said boundary line extended, 78.18 feet to the center of the main channel of Big Sugar Creek; thence, along Big Sugar Creek, S26ø20'20"E 74.45 feet; thence leaving Big Sugar Creek, along the boundary line between Shirley Brendel and Gale and Mildred Graham as described in Deed Book 190 at page 105, N35ø02'07"E (Record N31ø44'E) 73.93 feet to the East line of said NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 14; thence N1ø56'31"E along said East line 70.62 feet to the point of beginning; containing 0.14 acres more or less; Bearings are based upon G.P.S. observations taken by Department of Natural Resources personnel during 1994 and contained in Station Reports MC-01 to MG-05.
STATE OF MISSOURI TO GALE A. AND MILDRED E. GRAHAM
A part of the NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 14, Township 22 North, Range 31 West, McDonald County, Missouri, described as commencing at the Northeast corner of said NW1/4SW1/4, thence S1ø56'31"W, along the East line thereof, 70.62 feet to a point on the boundary line between Shirley Brendel and Gale and Mildred Graham as described in Deed Book 190 at page 105, the point of beginning; thence S35ø02'07"W (Record S31ø44'W) along said boundary line extended, 73.93 feet to the center of the main channel of Big Sugar Creek; thence along Big Sugar Creek, S26ø20'20"E 85.21 feet to the East line of said NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 14; thence N1ø56'31"E, along the East line of said NW1/4SW1/4, 136.97 feet to the point of beginning; containing 0.06 acres more or less; Bearings are based upon G.P.S. observations taken by Department of Natural Resources personnel during 1994 and contained in Station Reports MC-01 to MG- 05.
      2. The attorney general shall approve the form of instrument of conveyance.
