To amend chapter 306, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to unauthorized jumping from commercial passenger boats, with penalty provisions.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
     Section A. Chapter 306, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 306.105, to read as follows:
     306.105. 1. A person commits the crime of unauthorized jumping from a boat if the person jumps or dives from a commercial passenger boat without the permission of the operator of the boat.
     2. Unauthorized jumping from a boat is a class C misdemeanor.
