SB 149 - At the present time, Section 82.210, RSMo, provides that no action for damages shall be maintained for injuries growing out of any defect in the condition of any bridge, boulevard, street, sidewalk or thoroughfare in any Missouri city which has or which may reach a population of one hundred thousand.
This act deletes the population figure and replaces it with
"constitutional charter city".
