SB 224 - An entity contracting with a health professional
cannot discipline or refuse to renew a contract because a helth
professional reported a violation of law or mismanagement to a
governmental body. In an action under this act, a prevailing
plaintiff may be awarded an amount of at least actual damages
plus attorney fees.
