SB 310 - This act pertains to placement of proceeds from sale of property by schools. Current law provides that the proceeds from the sale of real property and nonrealty shall be placed to the credit of the incidental fund. The bill allows financially stressed districts , as defined in section 161.520, RSMo, to place such proceeds to the credit of either the incidental or capital projects fund.
This act is similar to HB 410.
