SB 318 - This act authorizes the sale of specific lots in
Jackson County, and authorizes the Commissioner of Administration
to negotiate the sale after consulting the Director of the
Department of Mental Health. The form of any contracts shall be
reviewed by the Attorney General, and proceeds of the sale shall
be deposited into the mental health housing trust fund, pursuant
to section 215.054, RSMo.
