Current Bill Summary

SB 346 - This act renames the student financial assistance program established under sections 173.200 to 173.230, RSMo, known as the Missouri Student Grant Program as the "Charles Gallagher Student Financial Assistance Program". The Coordinating Board for Higher Education and all approved private and public institutions in Missouri shall refer to the program using the new name in their scholarship literature, but this requirement shall not apply until such literature would otherwise be replaced in the ordinary course of business.
