SB 461 - This act would allow electric utilities to recover all fuel and purchased energy costs. In reviewing rate schedules for recovery of such costs, the Public Service Commission need not consider the other factors which affect the other costs of the utility or the overall rates and charges of the utility.
This bill is identical to HB 673 from 1997.
