No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of
this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
The proposed legislation would forbid public school districts from using or
teaching material which promotes or advocates homosexuality as an acceptable
lifestyle. Teachers would only be able to refer to homosexuality in the
teaching of health or in specifically mentioning AIDS.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
