No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of
this proposal.

DESCRIPTION

This proposal would allow a school bus driver to load or unload passengers
without requiring other vehicles to stop under certain circumstances. It
would also allow drivers to pass a bus stopped in this way under caution.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
