this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
The proposed legislation would require that any fertilizer which is
formulated according to specifications which are furnished by or for a
consumer prior to mixing to be accompanied by a plainly written statement
which shows the guaranteed analysis and net weight of each material used in
the formulation, and the name and address of the distributor and the
consumer.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
