Officials from the Coordinating Board For Higher Education, Harris-Stowe
State College, University of Missouri, Central Missouri State University and
Missouri Western State College assume the proposal would have no fiscal

FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of
this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
The proposal would allow student representatives to the board of curators of
University of Missouri and Lincoln University and the board of regents of
each educational institution referred to in section 174.020 to attend closed
meetings of the board.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
