DESCRIPTION
Any county with a homeless assistance program would establish a homeless
assistance board to administer the program. The board would give priority to
projects which directly serve homeless persons.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
